Public Open House Notice – Special Policy Area 8 (SPA8) Secondary Plan:
Special Policy Area 8 (SPA8) (formerly known as Community Plan Area 5) is the last remaining undeveloped secondary plan area within the Bradford urban area, intended to accommodate future growth and development through a secondary plan process.

You’re Invited: Phase 2 Public Open House:
Residents are invited to attend a Public Open House to learn about Phase 2 work and preliminary land use concepts.
This will be a drop-in style open house, with information displayed on poster boards around the room. Members of the project team will be available throughout the evening to answer questions and discuss the materials. Attendees are welcome to arrive at any time between 6:00–8:00 PM and move through the room at their own pace, engaging directly with project team members.
The purpose of this session is to share the Phase 2 findings and gather community input. Feedback received will help inform the next phase of the project and refine the preferred land use concept as the Secondary Plan project moves into Phase 3.
