My Account Listing shows a General Receivables account, why? |
The Town’s software system is customer base, therefore when we change ownership to a property tax account it automatically creates a General Receivable (also known as Accounts Receivable) account. Majority of residents in town never use this account and it will show as $0.00. If your General Receivable account shows a balance and you are unsure what the charges are for, please email ar@townofbwg.com for further information. |
Can I see copies of my bills on Virtual Town Hall? |
Copies of bills are only available if they were sent by e-bill. If you wish to enroll to receive future bills by email and have them show on Virtual Town Hall, please fill out our online form or email finservices@townofbwg.com |
Can I change the mailing address listed? |
No, you cannot change your mailing address or enroll in electronic billing through Virtual Town Hall. Please fill out our online form to make these changes. |

I own multiple properties in BWG, do they each need their own VTH account? |
No! Our software is customer based and therefore all of your properties should show up with a single log in. If you are missing property tax roll numbers from your profile, please email finservices@townofbwg.com and we will look into linking all of your accounts with us. In your email be sure to include a list of all of your Bradford properties. |
