BWG 2031 Transit Plan

In partnership with transit consultant, “Left Turn Right Turn,” the Town of BWG’s Transportation Division will be developing a 2031 Transit Plan that will pave the way for the future of BWG Transit.

Left Turn Right Turn will be holding a Public Meeting in the Community Corner of the Leisure Centre (471 West Park Avenue) on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. With the results captured from surveys, review of transit data and comparison of peer municipalities, several proposed transit servicing and routing options will be shown.

Comments on the proposed routing and service delivery will help to shape the final recommendations for transit growth through 2031.

BWG Transit - a Better Way to Go!

BWG's transit system provides bus service for residents who are looking for an alternate mode of transportation to get to their appointments, shopping, amenities and more. Additionally, it provides a shared-ride shuttle service for GO Train commuters.

Real-Time Bus Info provides passengers with bus location as it travels along the route.

Please note that BWG buses will be shown only. Should a temporary bus be on route it would not be shown on the map.

Live information can also be found on several transit apps available through the App Store and Google Play.

You can also follow BWG Transit on facebook for  information on current service issues, upcoming detours or information on transit.
