Permanent Sidewalk Closure – Holland Street West (123 Holland St. W.)

Residents and businesses are advised of an upcoming permanent sidewalk closure on Holland Street West, fronting 123 Holland Street West, in support of ongoing construction for the Holland Haus development.

The closure will take effect March 27, 2026, and is expected to remain in place until the end of 2027.

Why is the sidewalk closing?

The closure is required to safely accommodate construction activities associated with the development. This measure helps protect pedestrians, workers, and the general public throughout the duration of the project.

What to expect

• Clearly marked pedestrian detours will be in place
• Signage will guide pedestrians safely around the work zone
