Town Of Bradford West Gwillimbury Notice Of Passing Of Municipal-Wide Development Charges By-Law
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury passed municipal-wide development charges By-law No. 2025-86 and amended No. By-law 2018-18 with By-law 2025-87 on the 2nd day of September 2025 under section 2 (1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O., 1997 c. 27, as amended.
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal By-law No. 2025-86 to the Ontario Land Tribunal under section 14 of the Act, in respect of the development charges by-law, by filing with the Clerk of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, 100 Dissette Street, P.O. Box 100, Bradford, ON, L3Z 2A7, on or before the 14th day of October 2025, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the by-law and the reasons supporting the objection. Please note that based on Section 19(1.1) of the Development Charges Act, the amendment to By-law NO. 2025-87 is not appealable to the Ontario Land Tribunal. The schedule of development charges imposed by the by-law, which came into effect on September 3, 2025, is as follows:
No key map has been provided as By-law No. 2025-86 and the amendment to By-law No. 2018-18 applies to all lands located within the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury.
A copy of the complete by-law is available for examination at the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury’s offices, 100 Dissette Street, Bradford, Ontario L3Z 2A8 during regular business hours (weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) excluding statutory holidays.
