Notice of Intention to Remove a Holding Symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-050
Pursuant to Section 36(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended
Take notice:
That the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury intends to pass an
amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-050, as amended by Bylaw
2024-36.
The earliest the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury proposes to
meet to pass the amending by-law is at its meeting scheduled for:
Tuesday March 17, 2026 at 7:00pm
at
BWG Library and Cultural Centre (Zima Room)
425 Holland Street West, Bradford

Description of Application
The lands to which the proposed by-law applies are legally described as Part of Lot 13, Concession 8 as shown on the map below. The effect of the removal of the Holding (H1) symbol from By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2024-36, is that the lands will be zoned Residential Two Exception "R2-2*14b" Zone and Residential Two Exception “R2-2*15a” Zone thereby permitting the development seventy-two (72) street townhouse units as per the Subdivision Agreement.
