Bradford West Gwillimbury will hold a Public Meeting to receive input on the below listed Planning Act applications on:
Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7:00pm

Description of Application
The proposed Zoning By-law amendment seeks to re-zone the lands from the Future Development “FD” zone to the Residential Three Exception “R3*X” zone. The purpose of the rezoning is to set site-specific zone standards in order to permit the development of a four-storey apartment building with 33 residential units.
The purpose of the meeting is to inform the public of the nature of the proposal, invite public input, and answer questions regarding the application. Please note that no decision will be made on the application.
