Bradford West Gwillimbury will hold a Public Meeting to receive input on the below listed Planning Act applications on:
Tuesday, March 10th 2026 at 7:00pm at
BWG Library and Cultural Centre (Zima Room) 425 Holland Street West, Bradford
and streamed live on the Town’s YouTube channel at:
www.youtube.com/c/TownofBradfordWestGwillimbury.
(Please note that there may be more than one public meeting and that the matter will be dealt with in the order that it appears on the agenda.)

Description of Application
The purpose of the proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision is to facilitate the development of eight (8) employment blocks (blocks 1 to 8), one (1) future development block (block 21) and one (1) block to accommodate the realignment of a water course known as Fraser Creek. Additional blocks are proposed to accommodate future road widenings, 0.3 metre reserves and required Ministry of Transportation setback.

Draft Plan of Subdivision (O.Reg 544/06)
If a person or public body would otherwise have the ability to appeal the decision of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury but does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
