TOWN OF BRADFORD WEST GWILLIMBURY
NOTICE OF PASSING OF MUNICIPAL-WIDE DEVELOPMENT CHARGES BY-LAW
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury passed amending By-law 2025-126 (being a by-law amending By-law 2025-86) and amending By-law 2025-125 (being a by-law amending By-law 2018-18) on the 16th day of December 2025 under sections 2 (1) and 19 (1.1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O., 1997 c. 27, as amended.
AND TAKE NOTICE that based on Section 19 (1.1) of the Development Charges Act, the amending by-laws are not appealable to the Ontario Land Tribunal. The schedule of development charges is not changed by the amending by-laws. The amending by-laws provide for the following changes:

Amending By-law 2025-126 (being a by-law amending 2025-86)
- Addition of exemption for “on-farm diversified uses”
Amending By-law 2025-125 (being a by-law amending 2018-18)
- Addition of exemption for “on-farm diversified uses”
- Addition of exemption for “on-site farm accommodations”

No key map has been provided as the amending by-laws apply to all lands located within the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. A copy of the complete by-law is available for examination at the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury Administration Office, 100 Dissette Street, Bradford, Ontario L3Z 2A8 during regular business hours (weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) excluding statutory holidays.
