Notice of Intention to Pass a By-Law to Remove a Holding Symbol from Zoning By-Law 2010-050
Pursuant to Section 36(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended.
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury intends to pass an amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2025-81.
The lands to which the proposed by-law applies are legally described as Block 102, Plan 51M-1138 and Part of Lot 15, Concession 5, as shown on the map.

The effect of the removal of the Holding (H1) symbol from By-law 2010-050, as amended by Bylaw 2025-81, is that the lands will be zoned Residential Two Exception "R2-2*21" thereby permitting the development of fifteen (15) street townhouse units as per the Amending Subdivision Agreement.
The earliest the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury proposes to meet to pass the amending by-law is at its meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Zima Room of the BWG Library & Cultural Centre, 425 Holland Street West, Bradford.
