Notice of the Passing Bond Head Heritage Conservation District

Bond Head Heritage Conservation District
Decision of Council
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury approved By-law 2026-021 on the 7th day of April, 2026 pursuant to section 41(1) and 41.1(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.O.18, for the village of Bond Head. A key map showing the location of the lands to which the by-law applies is attached.
The purpose and effect of By-law 2026-021 is to designate the Bond Head Heritage Conservation District and to adopt the Bond Head Heritage Conservation District Plan of February 2026 in accordance with Sections 41(1) and 41.1(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act. A copy of all related reports and the Bond Head Heritage Conservation District Plan is available at www.townofbwg.com/BondHeadHCD.

Appeal Information

IF YOU WISH TO APPEAL the last date for filing a notice of appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal in respect of the By-law is the 13th day of May 2026, 30 days after the date of publication of this Notice in accordance with the Ontario Heritage Act.
A Notice of Appeal setting out the reasons for the appeal must be filed with the with the Clerk of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, 100 Dissette Street, P.O. Box 100, Bradford, Ontario, L3Z 2A7, which must be received no later than May 13, 2026. NOTE: Notices may be dropped in the mail slot at 100 Dissette Street, Units 7 and 8, up to the deadline.
