TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has received and deemed complete an application requesting an amendment to the Town's Zoning By-law 2010-050. The details of the application are as follows:
THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of the proposed zoning by-law amendment is to re-zone the subject lands from the “Open Space (O)” Zone to the “Institutional (I)” Zone in order to permit the expansion of the existing bond head united church cemetery.

A PUBLIC MEETING for the purpose of informing Council and Public on the proposed amendment as well as providing the public an opportunity to make representations in respect of the proposed by-law has been scheduled at the following Council meeting date:

IF YOU WISH TO BE NOTIFIED of the decision of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury Council regarding the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment and or to provide written submissions regarding the application you must submit a written request to Mana Masoudi at the address indicated above.
IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of the Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to the Ontario Land Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury before the by-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.
IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury before the by-law is passed, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
