Temporary Lane Closure on Line 6 – October 28, 2025

As part of the servicing requirements for a proposed daycare at 2619 Line 6, crews will be connecting the property to the Town’s watermain. To complete this work safely, a temporary daytime lane closure and lane shift will be in place on Line 6, just west of Simcoe Road, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

Two lanes of traffic will remain open throughout the day, with the centre lane used for eastbound traffic to maintain vehicle flow. Regular lane configurations will be restored by the end of the day.

The Town appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation as this work is completed to support new community development.
