WHAT: Concrete work at the Holland Haus development is scheduled to be completed on January 26, 2026. This activity involves a concrete pour followed by finishing operations. Concrete finishing must be completed continuously once the pour begins to ensure proper curing and structural integrity.

WHERE AND WHEN: Holland Haus development located at 123 Holland Street West and 126 John Street West. The work is scheduled for 7:00 am on Monday, January 26, 2026. The work is expected to be completed by 7:00 pm but may extend up to 12:00 am.

HOW YOU MAY BE AFFECTED:
Work may continue into the evening and is authorized under the Town-approved noise exemption (ENG-2025-14) to permit after-hours concrete finishing work when required. Noise after hours is expected to be minimal and limited to typical finishing activities and equipment (e.g., power trowels, heaters, pumps, and temporary safety lighting).
