Age division U7 teams from the BWG Minor Hockey Association compete against each other in a day of outdoor on-ice fun at Bud Brown Park in Bond Head. Participants will receive a medal.

Hockey Day in Canada was born in Toronto in 2000, and is hosted in a different Canadian town each year. The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury launched the local event in 2009 as a way to celebrate a favourite winter sport and bring the game back to basics with a fun, friendly tournament.
