2026 Road Maintenance Program

Micro-Surfacing beginning June 1, 2026

On behalf of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, Duncor Enterprises will be completing Micro-Surfacing work at the following locations:

• Golfview Boulevard
• Roughley Street
• Prince Drive
• Simcoe Road, from Walker Avenue to Line 6

The project is expected to begin on Monday, June 1, 2026, weather permitting.

During construction, lane restrictions will be in place and access may be limited at times. The Contractor will make every effort to minimize disruptions while maintaining safety at all times.

How you can help during the work

To help us complete the work efficiently and ensure the treatment seals properly, please follow these instructions during the work:

• Do not park on the street on the day your planned micro-surfacing is scheduled. In most cases, the work on your street will be completed in one day.
• Do not drive on the treated surface immediately after the micro-surfacing is applied, as it takes about one hour to cure. Driving on it during this time may damage the surface and cause material to stick to your vehicle. 
• Do not park on your street for approximately 48 hours after the treatment, as this may damage the seal.
• Avoid dry steering, or turning your wheels while the vehicle is stationary, on the newly treated surface as this may also cause damage.

The Contractor will be in your neighbourhood with more detailed information before the work begins.
