Notice of Fall Hydrant Flushing in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury.
Please be advised that the BWG Water department will begin Fall Hydrant Flushing for all streets in Bradford West Gwillimbury beginning on Sunday, October 15.
Each fall, water is run at every hydrant in BWG to ensure a clean and fresh water supply for our municipal water customers. More information on hydrant flushing for other areas of BWG will be announced over the next few weeks.

Notice of Construction Highway 11 Township of King

This will serve as formal notification of construction on Highway 11, northwest of Bathurst Street in the Township of King.
Description:
- York Region is rehabilitating a bridge
- Bridges allow rivers, streams and wildlife to pass freely under the road
- This work includes improving the supports located underneath the bridge
Duration:
- September 15, 2023 until late November 2023
Impacts to Travellers:
- Bridge work will occur on weekdays and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

BWG Begins Fall Hydrant Flushing

Every Spring and Fall, the Town’s Water Division completes watermain flushing, which consists of running water at every hydrant to ensure a clean and fresh water supply for our municipal water customers.
Starting this week Monday, September 9 and through the end of October, water will be run at every hydrant in BWG. Work takes place Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
