Notice of the Passing of a Zoning By-Law
Pursuant to Section 34(18) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended.
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury passed By-law 2025-95, 2025-96, and 2025-97 amending Zoning By-law 2010-050 on the 16th day of September 2025 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, in respect to the lands in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury.
- The purpose of By-law 2025-95 is to amend and update the accessory farm employee accommodation provisions.
- The purpose of By-law 2025-96 is to amend and update heights of accessory buildings and structures in the Residential One, Residential Two and Residential Three zone.
- The purpose of By-law 2025-97 is to amend and update accessible parking standards in line with Integrated Accessibility Standards, Ontario Regulation 191/11.

Only those listed in 34(19) may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) in respect of Council's decision by filing a notice of appeal with the Clerk of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, 100 Dissette Street, P.O. Box 100, Bradford, Ontario, L3Z 2A7, which must be received no later than October 6, 2025. The notice of appeal must set out the reasons for the appeal and must be accompanied by the OLT form (available from the OLT website at www.elto.gov.on.ca) and fee of $1,100.00 payable to the Minister of Finance.
In conformity with section 34(18) of the Planning Act, public comments/submissions and response to same are set out in Report No. PLN 2025-38 which is available for viewing on the municipal website at https://www.townofbwg.com/en/town-hall/agendas-minutes-and-schedules.aspx or by contacting the Office of Community Planning at planninginfo@townofbwg.com.
No person or public body shall be added as a party to the hearing of the appeal unless, before the by-law was passed, the person or public body made oral submissions at a public meeting or written submissions to the council or, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.
