The Henderson Meadow Pavilion is the only pavilion available for rental in Bradford West Gwillimbury. The smaller pavilion located beside the splash pad is not available for rental and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The pavilion rental fee includes exclusive use of the Henderson Meadow Pavilion during your permitted rental time. Rental amenities include access to the pavilion structure, picnic tables, two propane barbecues, sink, hydro service, and other available pavilion amenities. No additional fee is required to use these amenities during your rental.

No. The splash pad, playground, and other park amenities remain open to the public during operating hours.

No. Personal barbecues are not permitted in Town parks. The propane barbecues provided at the Henderson Meadow Pavilion are available for use by pavilion permit holders only.

No. Alcohol is not permitted at the Henderson Meadow Pavilion or within Town parks.

No. Inflatable equipment is not permitted at the Henderson Meadow Pavilion or within Town parks.

Tents and shade structures are generally not permitted in community parks. Exceptions may be considered near the Henderson Meadow Pavilion on a case-by-case basis and require approval from the Parks Supervisor. Approved tents must be secured using weights and may not be staked into the ground.

Music is permitted provided it complies with the Town's Noise and Nuisance By-law. Please note that an Entandem fee may apply for music played within the pavilion rental area.

Yes. Permit holders are responsible for all set-up, decorating, take-down, and clean-up associated with their event. All set-up and clean-up activities must occur within the permitted rental time. Early access to the pavilion is not permitted, and there is no grace period before or after the rental. The pavilion and surrounding area must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period.
