Voting Day for the Ontario Municipal and School Board Elections is October 26, 2026.
Elections for municipal government are held every four years on the fourth Monday of October. The length of term for municipal elected officials is four years. The current term started in 2022 and ends in 2026.
In municipal elections in Ontario, unlike other levels of government, candidates are not elected to represent a political party.
Are You on the Voter's List?
You can now check to see if you are on the voters list or register online through our portal by completing the online form and attaching a photo of your ID containing your BWG qualifying address. Click here for a list of acceptable documents for Voter ID.
You can also register in-person at the Town Administration Office:
