Instructions (including your participant number) for accessing your on-line report card will be emailed to you in the weeks leading up to the final lesson for the session. Please ensure that you hold on to the email that you receive, so that you can access the report card after the final class has ended. If you do not receive an email by the final lesson, please email the Aquatic Programmer as your contact information is likely missing or incorrect within our system.
