    Winter Parking Restrictions and Toys for Tickets are fast approaching!

    It’s that time of year again! Each year, from December 1 to April 1, winter parking restrictions are in effect – prohibiting on-street parking (between 2:00 - 6:00 am) on BWG roadways.

    Toys for Tickets

    If you get a parking ticket from the Town of BWG between December 1-14 for overnight on-street parking, you can “pay” your ticket through the Town’s Toys for Tickets campaign.

    The event begins at 6:00pm with a tree lighting ceremony outside the BWG Leisure Centre in Sunshine Square.

    The Town is moving to the Administrative Penalty System (AMPS) for the administration and adjudication of parking tickets, effective November 8, 2023.

    AMPS is an efficient and user-friendly system that allows the Town’s Enforcement Division to administer and deal with the escalation of Penalty Notices (formerly parking tickets) internally.
