Bradford Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Upgrades Project
The objective of the Bradford WPCP upgrades projects is to address the plant's operational requirements. This will ensure that there is adequate wastewater treatment capacity to service growth to 2031. The project consists of three phases.
Project Phase 1: Bradford WPCP Reviews and Upgrades Project
Plant state of good repair analysis, process optimization study and upgrades validation. Design and construction for upgrades to the plant headworks building, chemical/ odour control systems and a new sludge thickening system.
Project Phase 2: Tertiary Treatment System Upgrades
Design and construction for plant tertiary treatment system upgrades.
Project Phase 3: PLant Optimization and State of Good Repair Analysis Upgrades
Design and construction for projects recommended by the plant process optimization and state of good repair analyses.
