Holland Fixed Route: New Transit Route Service Now Running
A new Holland Fixed Route is now operating along Holland Street — a fixed, scheduled service designed to help residents get across town more efficiently.
What has changed?
This new route runs on a fixed schedule, so app booking and ride requests are not required for the route. Instead, riders board at designated physical stops along the route. Service runs Monday to Friday, every 30 minutes from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Fares can be paid with cash on-board ($3.00) or easyPASS ($1.00). App payment is not available for this route.
Does this change the current on-demand service? No. We will continue our on-demand service as normal. The Holland Fixed Route is simply a new route we have added to offer residents with a hybrid solution and an option to get from the east to west ends of Town efficiently.
