Are you a Critical Water User in BWG?

If you or someone in your household has a medical condition that requires continuous access to water, please contact the Infrastructure Services Department at (905) 775-5366 ext. 2300 to be added to the Town's Critical Water User List. 

The Town uses this list to provide notification to critical water users during planned or unexpected water service interruptions. While inclusion on the list does not guarantee advance notice in every emergency situation, the Town will make every effort to notify registered critical water users as quickly as possible when service disruptions occur. 

To ensure your needs can be met during an emergency interruption, all critical water users are encouraged to maintain an adequate supply of water on hand at all times.
