Below is our 2026 Community Group Submission form for all Town led events accepting community groups.
A Community Group is considered a local not-for-profit charity, club, organization, religious or cultural group or committee that serves Bradford West Gwillimbury. All for profit businesses should contact Sponsorships@townofbwg.com for more opportunities.
The following events and date are:
- Canada Day: July 1st, 4:00pm- 10pm.
- Music in the Square: 7:00pm- 9:00pm. June 23, July 7, 14, 21, 28 & August 4.
- Outdoor Movies: 7:00pm- 8:30pm*. August 18, 20, 25 & 27.
- Pumpkin Fest: October 17, 11:00am-3:00pm.
Please note: Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. If your group is selected, a member of the Events Team will contact you by email with invitations to participate in specific events.
Due to the high volume of submissions, priority will be given to Community Groups that enhance and support Town events. This includes offering interactive and engaging booths and clearly demonstrating how your group serves and benefits the Bradford West Gwillimbury community.
