Below is our 2026 Community Group Submission form for all Town led events accepting community groups.
A Community Group is considered a local not-for-profit charity, club, organization, religious or cultural group or committee. All for profit businesses should contact Sponsorships@townofbwg.com for more opportunities.
The following events and date are:
- Canada Day: July 1st, 4:00pm- 10pm.
- Music in the Square: 7:00pm- 9:00pm. June 23, July 7, 14, 21, 28 & August 4.
- Outdoor Movies: 7:00pm- 8:30pm*. August 18, 20, 25 & 27.
- Pumpkin Fest: October 17, 11:00am-3:00pm.
*Please note that submission of the form does not indicate acceptance. If chosen you will receive an email from the events team inviting you to selected events.*
Thank you for your interest in participating in our Community Events, please keep in mind due to the volume of submissions, only successful groups will be contacted.
