Background
As part of the Town’s ongoing culvert and bridge inspection program, the storm sewer culverts crossing Barrie Street south of Line 8, along with the collector culvert located beneath the parking lot of 305 Barrie Street have been identified as being in need of replacement.
Through a public Request for Proposal process the Town has retained Aquafor Beech Ltd as the consulting engineer to design the replacement of these culverts.
Project Status
The project is currently in the design phase which is expected to be complete by the end of 2025.
Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026
