2025 Snow Much Fun Vendor Application Form
BWG’s Snow Much Fun will be taking place on Friday, December 5 at the BWG Leisure Centre (471 West Park Ave.) and BWG Public Square (425 Holland Street West) from 6:00-8:30pm. The vendor application fee to participate is $10.00.
Only vendors that meet the following criteria will be considered:
- High-quality products made in limited quantities
- Food vendors offering fresh, festive, or locally inspired treats
- Specialty and unique items
- Vendors that are prepared to be set up outside
- Booths highly decorated with decor and lights are preferred
Submission form deadline is November 14, 2025, as space permits.
Insurance Requirements:
All vendors are required to either provide a certificate of insurance (minimum $2 million liability) or purchase insurance through the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury.
The Town of BWG will provide you with a 10x10 space. Electric outlets are available but limited. Set-up is 4:00-5:30pm and takedown is 8:30-9:00pmpm. All participating organizations are required to stay set-up for the full duration of the event. Participating organizations are responsible for producing and supplying their own content (such as canopies, tables and chairs as necessary).
