2025 Pumpkin Fest Community Group Submission Form
BWG’s Pumpkin Fest will be taking place on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Henderson Memorial Park from 11:00am-3:00pm. There is no cost for Community Groups to attend, however community groups must provide an interactive activity for the community in person to engage with at the event.
Submission form deadline is September 19, 2025, as space permits. Only businesses that are located in Bradford West Gwillimbury will be considered.
Insurance Requirements:
All vendors are required to either provide a certificate of insurance (minimum $2 million liability) or purchase insurance through the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury.If you are providing a certificate of insurance it must list the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury as an additional insured it Please email it to: events@townofbwg.com
The Town of BWG will provide you with a 10x10 space. Electric outlets are not available. Set-up is 9:00-10:30am and takedown is 3:00-4:00pm. All participating organizations are required to stay set-up for the full duration of the event. Participating organizations are responsible for producing and supplying their own content (such as canopies, tables and chairs as necessary).
