Information for Applicant
The Pre-consultation process allows the Applicant to present to the Town the application and rationale for proposed plans. Town staff will have the opportunity to:
- Clarify the application process.
- Identify key issues and provide preliminary written comments.
- Identify and confirm the necessary plans, supporting studies and any other information that would be required for a Complete Application at such time as a Site Plan Approval, Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and/or Plan of Subdivision/Condominium application is submitted;
- The Town will complete a Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury Complete Application Checklist to be provided to the Applicant approximately three to four (3-4) weeks from the Complete Application Date.
- The Pre-Consultation Application requires the submission of Concept Plan(s) in accordance with the Concept Plan Requirement Checklist outlined in this Pre-Consultation Application Form.
Applications for Pre-consultation Request are made at the discretion of the Applicant. To deem the application complete, all sections of this form must be completed, along with the required fee of $3,530.
A technical review meeting is available on request once all review comments have been received.
