During an Emergency
For updates from the Town of BWG during emergencies (such as natural or human-made disasters, or any threat to our community), please follow us on social media or listen to radio stations

During a serious emergency in which extra support services are required (such as evacuation centres or water stations),
dial 2-1-1 for information.
At ANY time, you can dial 2-1-1 for advice on community services available to you.
Emergency Preparedness in Your Own Home
In a disaster, first responders and emergency workers focus their initial efforts on helping people who need immediate, urgent assistance.
As a result, if your neighbourhood is not in immediate danger, it may take time for workers to clear roads and restore services to your area. Therefore, all residents should make plans to be as self-sufficient as possible for at least 72 hours.
