​Snow Much Fun Artisan Vendor Applications


The Town of BWG is seeking local, artisan vendors to participate in a small outdoor artisan market. Limited space is available.

Only vendors that meet the following criteria will be considered:

  • Products that are entirely or primarily handmade

  • High-quality products made in limited quantities 

  • Speciality and unique items

  • Vendors that are located in Bradford West Gwillimbury

  • Vendors that are prepared to be set up outside

  • Booths highly decorated with decor and lights are preferred

All vendor applications will be reviewed based on these criteria. 


Vendor selection & approval:

  • Vendor spaces are limited

  • There will be no exclusivity rights

  • Booths are non-refundable and non-transferable 

  • Vendor applications will open on Wednesday, October 12 at 9:00am

  • Vendor acceptances will begin on Wednesday, October 26. Vendors will be notified of the status of their application at the latest by Friday, November 18, 2022


Snow Much Fun will take place on Friday, December 2 from 6:00-8:30pm at the BWG Leisure Centre. The event will include tree lighting, light displays, train rides, skating, hot chocolate, cupcake decorating, crafts and more! Vendor set up will take place between 4:00-5:30pm and vendor take down will take place from 8:30-9:30pm.


Fees: $10.00 for one 10x10ft booth


Insurance Requirements: Vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance listing the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury as an Additional Insured in an amount not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence, two million dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate. Vendors who cannot provide a certificate of insurance will have the option to purchase insurance from the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury for the event.
