The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has received a complete application to amend the Town's Official Plan.

The purpose of the proposed Official Plan Amendment is to re-designate approximately 60 hectares (approximately 148 acres) of land from "Rural" to "Residential" and to incorporate the lands into the boundary of the “Bradford Urban Area". The effect of the proposed Official Plan Amendment would be to facilitate the development of the land into a residential subdivision.
