The Process / Purpose
The Schedule ‘C’ MCEA Study for the Holland Street East and Holland Street West Corridor (Update) followed Phases 1 through 4 of the MCEA process. The EA study is a key component to revitalizing the Town’s downtown core and transforming it into an inviting, accessible, and people-friendly shopping district that will serve as a destination location for
residents and visitors to enjoy.
The recommendations from the Schedule ‘C’ MCEA Study for the Holland Street East and Holland Street West Corridor Study (Update) were determined and refined through the MCEA process. Through this process, the Town confirmed the needs, problems, and/or opportunities; developed, evaluated and selected preferred alternative planning solutions;

Requests on other grounds will not be considered. Requests should include the requester contact information and full name.
Requests should specify what kind of order is being requested (request for conditions or for an individual/comprehensive environmental assessment), how an order may prevent, mitigate or remedy potential adverse impacts on Aboriginal and treaty rights, and any information in support of the statements in the request. This will ensure that the ministry is able to efficiently begin reviewing the request.
