The Office of Community Planning processes and reviews Official Plan, Zoning By-law, Site Plan, Subdivision and Condominium Applications.
A list of applications that have been deemed complete in accordance with regulation under the Planning Act since November 25, 2020, as well as applications that are currently being processed and review by Planning Staff, is available below. Staff make all effort to ensure this page is as up to date as possible.
