Notice of Complete Application
Pursuant to Section 22 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended
Take notice that the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has received an application to amend the Municipality’s Official Plan.

The applicant is seeking to establish a Special Policy Area to establish a Rural Employment Area on the subject lands, to recognize existing permitted land uses, to expand permission for additional rural industrial and commercial uses, and to expand the land area to which such permissions would apply.

Prior to Council making a determination respecting the above-noted application, there will be at least one Public Meeting to give the public an opportunity to make representation. The owner has submitted related applications for Draft Plan of Subdivision for Vacant Land Condominium (File No. D12-21-01) and for Zoning By-law Amendment (File No. D14-21-01), and the date of the Public Meeting will be advertised for applications D09-21-04, D12-21-01 and D14-21-01 by way of separate notice. Notice of the Public Meeting will be given at least 20 days before the meeting is held, by way of notice in this newspaper and in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act. Related applications for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and for Draft Plan of Condominium have also been filed with the Town of New Tecumseth, under file numbers “DEV 402” and “NT-CD-2101”.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at the public meeting or make written submissions to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury before the proposed amendment is adopted, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury before the proposed Official Plan Amendment is adopted, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
