NOTICE: 

Road Maintenance - Pothole Repair/Asphalt Overlay 

WHERE:

Work will be taking place to repair severe potholes and road surface damage in various locations on Line 8, between Sideroad 5 and Highway 27. 

WHEN:

Work will take place Tuesday, August 3rd and is expected to be completed same day.

WHAT: 

Work will include installation of an asphalt overlay in areas where the road exhibits signs of severe potholes and surface damage.  

HOW YOU MAY BE AFFECTED:

Lane restrictions and traffic management measures will be in place during the work to ensure the safety of workers and motorists.  Some minor delays to the normal flow of traffic can be expected while the work is being done.  Residents living within the work area will still have access to their driveways. 

Some minor dust may be present when the road is cut to create the required joint between the new and existing road surface.  An increase in noise levels can also be expected while work is on-going.
