Pursuant to Sections 34 (10.4) and 51(19.1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13

TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has received applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium.

Prior to Council making a determination respecting the above-noted applications, there will be at least one Public Meeting to give the public an opportunity to make representation. The date of the Public Meeting has not yet been determined. Notice of the Public Meeting will be given at least 20 days before the meeting is held, by way of notice in this newspaper and in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act.

If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at the public meeting or make written submissions to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury before the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2010-050 is passed and the proposed Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium is approved, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.

If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury before the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2010-050 and the proposed Draft Plan of Vacant Condominium is approved, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
