Notice of the Passing of a Temporary Use By-Law
Pursuant to Section 34(18) of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury passed By-law 2020-104 amending Zoning By-law 2010-050 on the 17th day of November, 2020 under sections 34, 36 and 39 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, in respect of the lands municipally known as 3651 Line 6. A key map showing the location of the lands to which the by-law applies is attached.
The purpose of By-law 2020-104 is to permit an "Aggregate Processing Facility", "Aggregate Transfer Station", "Contractors Yard", "Accessory Outdoor Storage" on the lands along with accessory office space (for the permitted uses) and retail sales of salvaged materials from within the existing dwelling for a three (3) year period. The Holding "(H1)" symbol will be removed once the development agreement has been executed. The complete by-law is available for public inspection by contacting the Office of Community Planning at
Any person or public body may appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal in respect of Council's decision by filing a notice of appeal with Rebecca Murphy, Clerk, of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, 100 Dissette Street, P.O. Box 100, Bradford, Ontario, L3Z 2A7,
which must be received no later than December 16, 2020. The notice of appeal must set out the reasons for the appeal and must be accompanied by the LPAT form (available from the LPAT website at www.elto.gov.on.ca) and fee of $1,100.00 payable to the Minister of Finance.

Only individuals, corporations, and public bodies may appeal a zoning by-law to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal. A notice of appeal may not be filed by an unincorporated association or group. However, a notice of appeal may be filed in the name of an individual who is a member of the association or group on its behalf.
No person or public body shall be added as a party to the hearing of the appeal unless, before the By-law was passed, the person or public body made oral submissions at a public meeting or written submissions to the Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury or, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.
