2023 Urban Roads Design Project Update

Accardi Schaeffers has been retained to complete the detailed design work for the 2023 Urban Roads project. In order to support the detailed design, we will be conducting investigative works on site and you may see surveyors, geotechnical engineers, underground utility investigators, and arborists.

Downtown Bradford Revitalization Project Update

It has been identified during the Detail Design process, that additional topographic survey information is required. Beginning the first week of January 2024 (weather pending), survey crews will be working along the following areas to collect additional data.
- Toronto Street and John Street,
- Collings Avenue, Maplegrove Avenue, and Magani Avenue,
- Holland Court,
- Simcoe Road and Thomas Street, and
- Colborne Street and John Street.

Notice Of Single Lane Closure at 566 Holland Street West
566 Holland Street West will be working on their site entrance from December 11 to December 13. The right lane going along Holland Street West and County Road 88 (near the intersection of 10th sideroad) will be temporarily closed due to construction work. Please be advised of a planned traffic light outage on November 30th 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Intersection of Line 6 and Simcoe Road.
