The Henderson Memorial Park property is comprised of 97 acres and is located on the south west corner of Sideroad 10 and Line 9, and includes a rolling topography with natural features including a creek system and a small woodlot. The property was donated by Mrs. Phyllis Henderson in 2009 to the municipality for active and passive recreational purposes suitable for the entire family. The Department of Leisure Services along with the project consultant worked with the public on the planning and design process.
