CANADA POST DIS​RUPTIONS

​​To ensure you do not incur a late payment pena​​lty should there be a Canada Post work stoppage, please consider one of the following payment options instead of mailing your payment:

  • Telephone, internet or personal banking through most financial institutions
  • Pre-authorized payments
  • Cash, cheque or debit at the Finance office - a drop box is available outside the main entrance (cheques only please)

PROPERTY OWNERS WITH TENANTS: Please note that utility bills are prepared in the property owners name only; however, a property owner may request in writing ​ to have a duplicate copy of the Utility Bill mailed to a tenant at the service address by using the document at right (Water/Wastewater Account - New, Change or Cancel) form. Please also review the document at right for more information (Propetry Onwer/Tenant Information).

PENALTY FOR LATE PAYMENT

Penalty and interest will be applied if payment is not received by the payment due date. For more information on penalty for late payment please refer to the reverse side of your bill.
