The Enforcement Division of Corporate Services enforces Town by-laws in a manner that protects the general public and ensures the Town remains a pleasant and attractive community to reside in and visit.
The BWG Enforcement Division is committed to the delivery of professional enforcement in a timely and effective manner. By-law Officers work to enforce and resolve complaints from members of the public regarding a wide variety of issues.
Enforcement Hours of Operation

| Monday-Friday: 8am - 8pm Saturday-Sunday: 9am - 5pm |
| Winter Hours (September - May) |

Monday-Friday: 8am - 6pm

Messages left after hours will be returned as soon as possible at the start of the next shift. In an urgent situation outside these hours, call South Simcoe Police at 905-775-3311.
